Costa Rica boasts unemployment numbers
Costa Rica has the lowest unemployment rate in Latin America and the Caribbean at 4.8 percent, according to the United Nation's International Labor Organization and reported by CostaRicaPages.com.
The drop from 6 percent unemployment in 2006 is attributed to a boost in construction jobs.
Mexico follows with 4.9 percent and then Argentina with 7.1 percent.
