Jamaica elects first female Prime Minister


Portia Simpson Miller won Saturday’s election for Jamaican Prime Minister and is set to assume the office sometime next month. Residents of the Kingston neighboorhood Simpson Miller serves are confident that she will work hard to help Jamaica’s poor when she becomes PM.
