Tonight, a new documentary premieres about Honduran children traveling through Mexico via freight trains on their way to the US. The film follows critically acclaimed feature film Sin Nombre with a similar theme (though with fictional plot and actors), which I reviewed earlier this year. Thanks in advance to anyone who watches it and wishes to leave their comments (I don't have HBO so I'll be curious to hear your thoughts!)

Sad documentary, children are forced to leave their countries with the illusion of a "an american dream". Women are also victims, specially the one who was shown without her two legs (she lost them trying to board the train). Perhaps, the USA can offer some free advice to deal with this issue.Since, most of the "actors" are coming from Honduras and El Salvador.
It was good. The main character, Kevin, was interesting. Very much a "chavacan" and either amusing or annoyingly so depending on your perspective. Overall it was similar to Enrique's Journey by Sonia Nazario and with less of the gang/criminal angle of Sin Nombre.
