State Dept. to Chavez: Sorry for detaining your Foreign Minister
A U.S. State Department spokesman apologized on Saturday to Venezuela’s government for briefly detaining that country’s Foreign Minister.Nicolas Maduro denounced the U.S. for “violating international law” after he was detained for 90 minutes at New York’s JohnF.KennedyAirport for a security screening.
