Posada likely to stay in the US

A Texas immigration judge indicated Monday that Cuban exile militant Luis Posada Carriles is likely to be allowed to stay in the United States, rather than be extradited to Venezuela, where government officials seek to try him on charges that he hijacked a Cuban airliner in 1976.
