Yesterday Peru filed a demand against Chile in the International Court of Justice in the The Hague, Netherlands. Peru is claiming that it's maritime border with the Southern Cone nation has never been defined and is requesting that the international court intervene in the dispute. Chile rejects Peru's claim, citing multiple treaties made with Peru in the 1950's.At least it's not about who rightfully claims pisco.
