UN calls for Puerto Rican self-determination
A United Nations General Assembly committee on decolonization adopted a text yesterday that calls for the self-determination of Puerto Rico. The text, sponsored by Cuba, also called for investigating “violent acts” against Puerto Rican nationalists.
