Follow-ups on Uruguay mill controversy and Chilean birth control plan
In the latest twist to the ongoing tension between Argentina and Uruguay over the construction of European-owned paper mills near a river, one of the companies decided on Friday to move the mill away from the border and towards the interior of Uruguay .
