Bolivia hopes to be recognized for anti-drug efforts

Bolivian government officials have said that they are optimistic about receiving recognition from the United States for its anti-drug efforts, which may lead to a renewal of the Andean Trade Promotion and Drug Eradication Act (ATPDEA). The agreement gave Bolivia greater duty-free access to US markets in an effort to provide alternatives to drug producers. 1. Let's hope that Bolivia receives what's due to them though it's too bad the certification process is a sham.
