Chile: Heavy rains leave thousands homeless

President Michelle Bachelet declared a state of emergency for areas of central Chile ravaged by flooding and landslides. Heavy rainfall has led to the deaths of 11 people and left 30,000 people homeless and searching for dry land. (Image is of the damage from a previous flood through Chile).
