Free trade: Colombia and U.S. reach deal; CAFTA in El Salvador will start on Wednesday
Colombian and
U.S.
trade representatives announced on Monday that
both countries have arrived at a free trade deal
that would
lower tariffs and ease trade barriers.
Also, the Bush administration said that the
Central American Free Trade agreement will commence in
El Salvador
on March 1st
.
