Cuba to give free eye care to Barbados with help from Venezuela

The Minister of Health for Barbados announced that their government accepted an offer from Cuba to provide free eye care to Barbados wherein the Venezuelan government would transport without cost citizens of Barbados to Cuba where they will get free treatment.
