Lopez Obrador woos Mexican voters

It will be interesting to see if PAN will have a similar political alliance to the one that helped Fox win the last election. Also, PRD and the Mexican political left will have to do a much better job than the previous election where Cuahtemoc Cardenas obtained a woeful and embarassing third place.
ReplyDeleteLopez Obrador of the PRD is the frontrunner right now. He'll perform much better than Cuahtemoc Cardenas. He's much more charismatic, and he's a popular mayor in Mexico City.
ReplyDeleteQuite true, but it's still going to be a very interesting election with so many viable candidates running. Lopez Obrador may be the frontrunner now, but that can change very quickly, especially with the way the Mexican media is slanted. [i.e. Televisa = PRI]
