Drug war tensions continue

Now that carrying small amounts of drugs is legal in Mexico, let's check in on the general drug war atmosphere.

Bloomberg has a story today about continuing tensions in response to a plan to allow U.S. troops to use Colombian bases to fight drug traffickers.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has criticized the plan, characterizing it as more attempts from the United States to wield influence in the region. Colombian President Alvaro Uribe disagrees.

The two leaders might have a chance to talk it out in person this week.

Twelve presidents will meet in Argentina Aug. 28 at the Union of South American Nations.

Give a Hollywood Oscar to Mr Uribe

If Colombian President Alvaro Uribe is reelected for a Third Time then thank Hugo Chavez.

I don't like that prospect but Colombians Rich and Poor are tired of Chavez : a Militaristic Colonel or Sergeant, reared in the worst barracks of Militaristic Latin America.

Every day Chavez threatens Colombia and he has mobilized thousands of troops to the border, in the most stupid Militaristic, Tropical and Vulgar way ....

Elections are rigged by Chavez, and he closes TV Stations, Radio Stations and Newspapers.

But Uribe didn't go to public places, like stadiums, theaters, public plazas or parks. He didn't campaign. No need for campaigns or frauds.

Chavez has squandered 10 Marshall Plans in gifts to the Redshirts and undeserving people. And gifts to corrupt governments ...

Give a Prize of acting to Mr Uribe for enduring and embracing this repulsive and repugnant ignorant and madman. Give him an Oscar.

Mr Uribe has to be a Buddhist Zen to endure the torment of being in the company of such repulsive vulgar "Militarote", "Militaristic Gorilla" ...

In the United States, the danger of Chavez and his minions, Correa and Ortega is not well understood..

They don't see the Demagogue, the Populism, the Santa Claus Economy of gifts to Lazy undeserving ignorants.....

The American Public does not know, of the Ignorant Chavez, the Vulgar and Vulgarity, the Hate and Hatred, The Paranoia of a Madman....

His imperialistic project of a Bolivarian Latin America is ridiculous and a total failure.

He has military basis for Russian Ships, and he will always be the best friend of the Enemies of the USA ....

That is why he has always supported the FARC terrorists and murderers with weapons, money, asylum, sanctuary, etc ....

Correa and Ortega are other ignorants and vulgars filled with Resentment.

Envy, Resentment, Jealosy, Inferiority Complexes, Hate, Hatred, Powerful Forces in Foreign Policy.
