I am not one to begrudge anyone their success. But Carlos Slim is a pig. He publicly mocked Gates/Buffet's humanitarian efforts (for which Gates won Time Man of the Year) while he gouges Latin America--most especially Mexico--with some of the highest cell phone rates in the world with total impunity owing to his monopoly on cellular and wireline phone service.
