Messi = Maradona?
No, Argentine striker Lionel Messi is not being treated in a psychiatric hospital or afflicted by acute hepatitis. The comparisons between the 19-year-old wunderkind and soccer legend Diego Maradona have grown ever since Messi scored an amazing goal Wednesday night during a Copa del Rey semifinal that was eerily reminiscent of Maradona’s “Goal of the Century”. That's a lot of pressure to put on a kid. Maradona is a god in Argentina. He was essentially a no-show in the Mundial. Hope he can live up to the hype.
