Caribbean states support Venezuela’s Security Council bid

Caribbean Community leaders admitted that they will back Venezuela’s attempt for a seat on the U.N. Security Council. During the Caricom summit last week, member states also agreed on other measures like initiating separate free trade negotiations with Canada and the U.S.
